911 assist issues 2014 PUI

OK I know this is a longshot but I’m gonna ask anyway. I have a 2014 Ford Explorer PUI, I recently upgraded from a sync 0 to a sync 3 repeat this vehicle was never intended to have a sync 3 but I bought the aftermarket harness and had a awesome person program it for me and everything works. But every time I start it it shows up with a 911 assist error. Because it never had the sync 3 from the factory is this something I just have to live with or is there a work around with forscan? Oh and while I’m here I know this isn’t the exact thread for this but I’m here LOL, does anyone know how to disable the seatbelt alarm? I’ve tried a few things on YouTube and been unsuccessful, thank you all in advance
