93' Cargo VS 96' Cargo

I'm considering purchasing a 96' Explorer XLT, I have a 93' now... I travel with dogs and have two crates that sit side by side in the back... can anyone tell me if there is a size difference in the cargo area of the 96' compared to the cargo space in a 93'?

I just bought a 96 XLT and I also own a 93 XL


in my opinion, and this is my opinion...I think that the 96 has more room. It feels a bit odd backing up also. I think I just need to get use to it. To me it feels like the 96 is slightly longer though.


I also have dogs I have to carry around. But my 96 is SOOOOO clean that it would be such a shame to carry them in there. Or even go off roading... its white exterior with dark blue interior. Anyways I don't have a problem carrying my Rottweiler and Dobi in the trucks.
