For Sale 94 Explorer 2D 4x4 4L 5-Speed

Anyone want to play with this Ex & keep me from parting it out? I bought it sight unseen to pull the transmission out of, but seeing how clean it is (and that there may be minor transmission differences)- I have ceased my efforts to remove the transmission & am offering you guys a chance to snag a solid project...
Pros:
It started right up & drove onto the trailer.
Body is really clean for its age.
It has a manual transfer case & lockouts.
5-speed manual transmission.
Cons:
Was told by previous owner that it blew a frost plug & has no coolant in it. (May have cracks in head(s) &/or block?!)
Engine lower seals leaking (not a huge deal if you are swapping engines anyway).
I am swapping the spring out of the seat bottom on the driver side as soon as I find time. That seat has a newer/mismatched set of covers on it anyways.
Interior (especially the hatch area) is dirty.
Since I have only ever driven it up onto a trailer- there are certain other unknowns.
Asking:
$1200 ($1100 if bought by Christmas) OR trade for a HD version of the 5-speed in good working order.

Very little trouble... Only minor surface rust (no scaling) on the frame. Body is clean. There is a gouge in the pinch weld area under the passenger door. The black trim around the small window on the driver side has been mangled at some point (someone probably locked their keys in the car & chose that window to pry out.?!).
