My 94 will give me one click from the starter.
Starter tested good
Solenoid is good (I am jumping it to bypass any key issues)
60 amp IGN maxi fuse is good

I have 1 idea & I don't want to sway the responses, so what do you think it could be?

Bad connection between battery cable(s) and battery post. Bad ground connection grounded end of battery negative cable.

did the 94 have a ground wire directly to the starter stud? Some years and models do

Battery cables and terminals.... I love them! Many times I have brought a "dead truck" home only to fix it by repairing the neglected battery connections........
