94 ranger 5.0 swap questions

i have a 94 ranger with 4cyl 5 speed, i want to do a 5.0 swap im not concerned about it fitting or anything the main concern i have is how to keep it fuel injected without chopping up a bunch of wires, i would really like a plug n play type harness i could pull out of another vehicle, like the 200 explorers and rangers all you have to do is swap the engine wiring harness over with the 5.0 to the ranger, something like that would be nice if there is a 94 ford vehicle with a 5.0 wired kinda like the ranger any and all info is appreciated

also will a 5 speed from a 98 f150 4.2 fit in the ranger?

Unless you cut the firewall, and swap the firewall and dash from a newer (96+) Explorer, there is NO WAY to do do it without a BUNCH of wiring...

And yes, the M5ODR2 from a 4.2L V-6 F150 will bolt up the 5.0L..................but you have to swap the shifter top rail to use the factory shifter hole, and location.
