95-97, clear tails. will 98-00 fit? any pics?

I have a 95 ex ltd (white), and I was wondering if the clear tail lights from the 98-00 (98-01?) would fit. I have heard of some people fitting them, but then they said they stick out a tiny bit... Anyone have pictures?

Also, if anyone has the clear tails on a 2nd gen, WHITE ex, could you post pics? I really want to get a pair, but I'm wondering what they will look like. I think they would match the clear corners REALLY nicely. Especially since my ex is white.

Thanks for all the help.

Why do they discontinue this stuff for the most popular SUV in the world?

Every single clear tail light for every type of car, truck, and SUV have been discontinued due to the legalities of them.

I used a spray tint called Nite Shades, which might be available at your local rice shop. I ordered mine from caswellplating.com because I could not find any locally. The amount of coats you use depends on how dark you want them. You could even put enough coats on to make the taillight look completely black. The light will still shine through. Here's my tails, I believe I did 4 coats.

Hey Hartman, thanks for that link of the Spray Tint you shared with us, I saw a Spray Paint that you can use for wheels that are dirty because of salt, brake dust, etc. etc. but hey I really needed something like that so that I can paint my wheels a little better and look a lot cleaner.;)

Hey no problem, Caswell Plating is a good source for some specialty paints and stuff.
