95 Door Hinge Problem

I own a 95 Explorer and drivers side front door is sagging when open, seems like hinges are worn. Can I just replace the hinge pins on this 95?

I'm not all that familiar with the 95+ X's, but take a look at DeRocha's sticky in the 91-94 forums, It can't be that dissimilar.

Let me know if DeRocha's method will work for a 2000 Explorer also.
