- '95 explorer strait axle
ok i just bought this explorer 4.0 4x4 5spd wrecked i got it all fixed up and ready to start driving on the road but when i start it it doesn't want to stay running. when i gas it it kinda stumbles and falls on its face. so i hooked a computer to it and it gave me the codes 513 - internal voltage failure, 28 - loss of primary tach right side. i have no idea what causes either of them. i checked the altonator and it charges like new. if anyone could help me figure this out i would gladly appreciate it.
