95 F150 T-stat???

Okay which one should I get? They range from 160 all the way up to 195 degrees. This is going in a 2wd DD I-6 300cid truck. Then one I got in there now seems to be stuck closed as of this morning. So any ideas would be good. I will be getting this soon!

stocker is a 195.
