That will not work. The only way I believe is a "red brick" MT2500 (they are cheap on ebay), or the Vintage Ford Super Star tester. It would have to read thru the OBD connector under the dash, assuming the ISO line is connected. If the 95 don't have the option, you could use a 96 with the right key. There are also ways to guess what it is (e.g. observing exactly when the light comes on). For example, if it is on immediately, chances are it is a bad sensor/sensor disconnected/bad wire. If it comes on after 5 mph, a sensor can't read the speed or the pump is bad. There is a chart somewhere...
