If the starter is turning the motor over, you have to find out if your getting fuel, air and spark. Check the basics. Do you hear the fuel pump kick on? If you hear the pump, your probably getting fuel. Are you getting spark? Pull a plug out and ground it to the block to see if your getting spark. Make sure your MAF is plugged in, and its not obstructed. If your not getting one or more of those, then you have to find out why.

Are you sure the battery is fine? Did you try a boost from another car?
I had the same problem when my alternator wasn't charging the battery. After the battery was ran down low, the starter was making a clicking noise when I was trying to start it. It sounded like the battery was ok too, but it was not. It started ok when I boost from another car.
It you are sure the battery is ok, then like the previous poster said, do the basics.
Gas, spark and correct timing are needed to fire up the engine. You need to determine which one is missing.

I would check the center plug on eack side and see if they are wet.
