I was changing my fuel pump and when I dropped the tank down I disconnected the 2 fuel lines to the pump and the other line going to this white plastic spout. Now the the electric that goes to the fuel pump tees off and goes to this other black plastic piece(im guessing a sensor). so i tried to remove the wire harness from that sensor and it broke. so my question is what is that called? i was thinking the "fuel tank pressure sensor" but auto parts store says my truck doesnt have one. the ford dealer didnt look too sure when they said it might be a fuel pressure sensor and have to order it for $114. I just want to make sure they are correct before i do order it or if anyone knows what the part is really called. its the only thing of three that are inside the fuel tank mounted from the top.
