For those interested I finally fixed my front washer pump. It was a ground wire & the plug going into the pump. I just hooked the ground wire to the side wall and wired in 2 cheap connectors to the washer pump (the plug costs $51 dollars at Autozone!). That blew my mind. I have diagrams below for the washer pump relay location (#2) for my '96 Explorer Sport. I can find more diagrams for other things for a '96 if you need them. I'm on Alldata now. My next issue is why the back wipers work when the vehicle is started but, not when the ignition is in start position...
