97 4.0 code x camshaft position sensor HELP!

Where is the camshaft position sensor located on a 97 4.0 pushrod V-6 code X and how do I replace it? My check engine light is on and the scan tool said bad sensor. I just bought this thing a few weeks ago and no nothing about the 4.0 6 cyl. Is it under the coil pack?

It's behind the upper intake mounted on the block. It will be a ***** to get at, I'd have a mechanic replace it

Yea, I see it, rather I put a finger on it and can just barely see where the wires hook in. No doubt this was put on before the motor was put in. Crazy thing, I shoved and messed with the wires and my "check engine" light went out, nobody gets that lucky,right? The light came on a day or so after I pressure washed the engine.
