97 Explorer Change Climate Control and other systems to Raspberry Pi control

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the current climate controls and modify them to be controlled by a rasperry pi? I am working on finishing my raspberry pi car computer and would rather remove everything from the console and use just the raspberry pis touchscreen interface to control everything.

I suppose you could if your controls are digital. Seems like a lot of work though.
