I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what modifications i need to make to a 91-94 explorer 3 inch body lift kit to fit it on the 97 or if i need to make any. And also if put new shackles on the back and am going to put the aal/TT mods and i want to put a 3 inch body lift and i was wondering if i would be able to put 33" tires on. any help is great.

With the BL and TT/Shackles.. you'll easily fit 33s. I wouldn't worry about dropping the raditator with the BL. Mine is at stock height and I am fine. I don't know if the 1st gen steering extention works with the '97s or not. I know most people use Ranger lifts (95+).

And what mods would i have to do to the 95+ ranger kit to make it fit if any?

better off going with the PA853 - right steering extension, wrong bumper brackets. Easier to fab brackets than steering extention.

Even with that, you will have to cut the threads farther up the bolts that come with the kit, or drill out the mounts and use nuts on the bottom....
