I have a 97 . When accelerating uphill from a stop a fairly noticable shimmy occurs between 25 and 35 MPH. Tires are new BFG all terrains. Cruising at 25 - 35 no shimmy. what could cause this shimmy feeling.
Above 35 really smooth. Also these tires really grip in snow

Maybe they didn't balance the tires very well. Bring it elsewhere and get it balanced again.

Or there might be heavy crud on your rims causing it.

the bfgs are great tires... but htey are sticky and do grab... they exhibit charateristics that you are just going to have to live with, some of which is included with a slight vibration, and most often times around this speed is associated with a tire hum

I'm going to get the tires rotated and spin bal. hopefully
