Unsure how much lift I'm gunna try to go with, I would like to keep it fairly low for stability, but dont want to trim fenders to to mcuh, but prolly will have to.

Will for sure have 3in body lift
6inches of suspenison, but might go for another 4 inches of suspension with rear lift springs. ..... not sure yet

This thing is gunna be big can't wait!!!

Starting on going back together

Have a few questions about the Duff track bar mount. It looks very sturdy.
Did you leave the D44 at same location as the TTB, or did you move it forward one inch like most people?
Are you having any problems with clearance and the engine cross member?
You think there is enough room to cut the front part of the engine cross member off and use that track bar mount as part of a gusset going all the way across the engine cross member?
I am planning on doing a SAS in a month or so and already planned on using Duff radius arms, but after seeing your rig, might go with the track bar as well. Would bolt, then weld it on.
Doing coilovers instead of shocks and coils though.

no idea what I was looking at... thought it said 2000 XLT...

Si

Confused..

If you want to stay TTB that will work fine, TTB principles will apply.

When you're ready to sas, super easy with Duff. The axle mount was raised and I had Hi-steer arms.

If you want to sas anyway, you might be wasting your time switch frames for TTB, 2nd gen isn't that hard to swap, less time than swapping frame and then sasing.

Good luck with build
