97x limited. rides good when wet, loose when dry

Hi guys, heres my symptoms.1997 awd limited 5.0L

when my truck is WET (rain, snow, etc) it rides like a cadilac. when it is dry,when i hit a bump, i feel road shock, the cab seems to shake, and the suspension feels loose.



new sway bar links,shocks.monroe sensatrack shocks, all other parts are the grease nippled kind. Outer Tie rods, balljoints, all look good. bushings dont look too bad. been to many mechs, nobody can figure it out. alignment is good.




steering rack? bearings? tortion bars? i cant figure it out :\
