98 - 2001 Bumper Swap to 95 Explorer

Hi , im looking at swapping my 95 xlt explorer's bumper with a 98 - 2001 explorer bumper, i can get all the parts easily , but i don't know what i need to do to do it or if it bolts right on, If anyone know or has done this , can you please help me out? thanks

I was going to do that to my 96. From the measurements that I took it will bolt right up.
