Problem at the Moment:
O/D off light flashing, intermittently. Sometimes tripping the o/d switch while driving will turn it off. Other times have to shift to neutral or park and cycle the switch to stop it. No codes for this come up on my scanner.
Vehicle 1996 Ford Explorer XLT AWD V8.

I have has the truck since 2011.
I have had rangers on and off since the mind 1990's. Bought em, sold 'em parted a number out. Broke a few, built a few.
I used to have a repair shop, where I did mostly GM vehicles. Now I sell GM & Ford New-Old-stock parts for a living. In all my experience I never dealt with any ford Transmission OBDII transmission, PCM or Torque Converter Clutch issues. I have swapped the older A.O.D.s yet that didn't involve electrical diagnosis.
