98 Explorer 4.0 Crank sensor question

I have confirmed spark, does that rule out the Crank sensor on this no start issue?

Yes.

have you tried spraying some starting fluid in the T/B? maybe your injectors aren't working. if it fires on the starting fluid, you might want to put a NOID on the injector harness. if you've got fuel air and spark, something should happen.
