I just changed the coil pack spark plugs and spark plug wires put a new radiator on it and everything was working fine until this morning was running fine no problems no power loss nothing. This morning went out to start it the vehicle acts like it wants to crank but it won't crank and won't stay running it just knocks really hard oil is fine it has fuel. Changed fuel filter and checked valve to make sure fuel was reaching engine and it is. I'm stumped....PLEASE HELP

Make sure none of the spark plug wires have melted on the manifolds, and your 100 percent sure you have the spark plug wires correct firing order?
Is the battery fully charged?

Battery is charged...plug wires are new...seems to be firing, just not cranking.
How can I check the cranking sensor?

Things to check:
starter relay, starter wires and connections, battery cables, and the started itself.
As far as the "cranking sensor" is concerned, never heard of that term before.
