'99 Explorer heated seats.

My heated driver seat stopped working. any ideas how to fix it? plus, i don't know which fuse goes to that part. Any ideas there as well?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. Check the owner's manual for the location of the fuse.

i tried the owner's manual first and it did not have a heated seat listed. i found that odd.

Go down the line, and check them until you find the one that is blown out. You have fuses under the hood as well as under the dashboard.

if the light is on for the seat it means the heating grid is broke. I had this in my 03.

Yes the light is on. Do I have to get an all new gid for the seat or is there an easier fix? What did you do?

I just joined the forum today, looking for the same answer.

Passanger side works, driver's side does not. light comes on.

Hope it is an easy fix.
