99 explorer xlt

Positive battery cable on my 99 explorer is shot and Ford doesn't make that part anymore. Anyone know where I can find one ?
This is the one that goes to the dash, computer etc.

I would either get one from the junkyard or cut the existing one and solder in a piece to make it longer.
