99 ford ranger check engine light

My 99 Ford Ranger has a "check engine" light that i can't get rid of. The O2 sensors have been changed, but not the mass air flow sensor. I have cleaned the mass air flow sensor but no help. I clear the light, then around the 3rd trip in the truck, it comes back. I bought the truck last December, but would like to get this fixed. The truck runs fine, i just hate the bright "
check engine" light.............i don't want to put electrical tape on the light ;-)
Any thoughts out there??

Could you post the codes that's making the "check engine" light to illuminate ??
