Wanted A/C Clutch Replacement

Hi Guys, I'm Ron with a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT V8 and was told by a mechanic my AC Clutch is falling apart and is really noisy... Tell me please how to replace it if you could, never did one, Thanks!

ac clutch is the most outter disc on the compressor. i doubt thats failing.

to change it, remove nut, save washer in the back, put new one on with washer. even the belt can stay on the vehicle.
