A/C Compressor

I have somehow ruined two Air conditioning Compressors in my quest for cold air. I've added PAG 46 oil to both and evacuated the system when I installed the second one. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Are you filling the system to over 35 pounds?

Yea the last compressor I put in actually worked good and it was cold but it sounded like a bad bearing and was actually vibrating really bad too.

Sounds like you got too much pressure in the system. It can sound like the compressor is really having to work hard when it's over pressure.
