a/c,heat nothing works

I have a 98 explorer with the electronic climate control. The a/c stopped working a while back and now the heater isn’t working. In the winter it blows out Luke warm air just hot enough to keep me from freezing and blazing hot in the summer. I read something about a blending door motor going bad? Does any one know what is going on with my truck?

I'm no pro or anything but your situation sounds like it could possibly be the blend door you are talking about. The blend door basically makes your "nozzle" non functional. Now there could be other problems as well - you haven't supplied enough information but I would have that checked out first.
