A/c heat problems

Every time I try to use either my a/c or heat it makes a loud noise? On the second notch it is kinda loud, third notch gets louder, and fourth notch it is really loud? It's not a winding noise it's more of a humming noise. And the you can barely feel the air blowing out of the vents? Back seat air blows fine it's just front? I've been told it is either blower motor or the wheel on blower motor? Any suggestions?

It's either the blower motor or the wheel. Remove the assembly from the HVAC and inspect it.

It does sound like a bad blower motor. Pull the motor out and test it.
