A ? for those that have removed their roof racks on their '02-'05 Explorers.

I know that there are bolt/screw holes in the roof. But is that all there is or is there a gaping hole. I was hoping that there was just a hole big enough for the bolt. So if I wanted to remove my rack all I had to do was insert one of those rubber/plastic button plugs.

Actually it's a cad plated crimped in insert, license plate screw covers fit them to a tee, can be painted to match, stick um on with a little RTV
