i just installed an AAL in my explorer. I bought new center bolts and all that. I checked everything today to make sure that everything is still tight and noticed on of the nuts had come off the center bolt. Is it safe to drive for now until i can get a new nut and bolt??? 2.5 inches just didnt seem long enough for the bolt so im gonna swap them out for 3 inch. But is it ok to drive?

Oh yeah get the nylon lock nuts, if the 3" is to long just cut them to length with a hacksaw!

dam....you made me go look and see if mine were still holding together, lmao...yep, they're still nutted...

now im doin an axle over...i just filed out the perch holes to accept the nut...is THIS ok?

Im gonna go today and get 3 inch long bolts with some nylon locknuts so they wont come off this time. 2 1/2 in was just not long enough barely any thread was showing to lock the bolt onto. I should have seen it at the time but was in a hurry to get it done.
