OK after spending better part of 2 hours reading any post with the letters A B S in them. I can't find an answer.
Soooo here goes: 2001 Sport Trac, the light (ABS light) stays on, no blinking, when the key is on, engine running. I had codes read was told by mechanic (?) it was the ABS block, (the Hydraulic unit that sits on the left behind the battery), that was replaced. No joy in Muddville, light still on. Replaced the rear sensor, still no joy. Plugged her into their gismo box, drive through parking lot, all three sensors start to read----then everything drops out at about 12 miles an hour, no reading from any sensors.
