I have a 94 Explorer and when I move forward my ABS light comes on. At work I used a Snap-On Scanner Tool and read a code 63 Pump Motor Fault. My question is, is it definitely the ABS Pump Motor that is bad, or could it be something else that is? The pump part is over $500!!! Hoping it would be something smaller that is causes this code.

Hmm, the code in my scanner says 63 - Pump Motor Fault, the link you have list the pump motor/pump motor relay fault as 61. Are these codes the same? Mustang to Explorer?

There does appear to be alot of corrosion on the pump motor. Maybe it has gotten inside the motor as well and now there is a short????

I would suggest that you test the motor with a DMM (digital multimeter). That website says: 61 - pump motor/pump motor relay fault (voltage & current draw). I don't know if your vehicle has a relay for this, but it's worth looking into.
