Air conditioning works perfectly.
Drain, on driver side (left) is not plugged.
I removed the bottom of the heater core box to verify drain was 100% clear.
Problem: Heater/Evap box drips on right side of box and does not run into drain pan. See attached picture.
It drips only when A/C is on.
It drips, whether on outside air or recirculate.
It is not condensate on outside of box, back and sides of the box are dry.
What else could it be? Has anyone ever created a "secondary drain"?
I'm about to create a small drain box underneath and drill another hole on the right floor board. Maybe drill a hole and stick a small funnel in it. ;-)
Help !
