AC Trouble shoot

Just replaced compressor, accumulator, orifice tube. New oil pulled vacuum and 3 cans of freon taken by the new system. Still not very cold and compressor is still cycling on and off. Next steps to get colder? While pulling freon is had condensation on accumulator tubes but now doesn't get cold enough to do that. What should I do or what might be wrong?

May be a dumb question, but did the vacuum hold? There could be a leak in the system.
