AC works great.. After driving for 15 minutes

So like the title says. I turn on the A/C and it doesn't blow cold until about 15 minutes of driving! After I got it recharged 3 years ago till a few days ago it would blow cold almost immediately! Its almost like it developed a delay.. Relay?

1996 4.0 ohv xlt
Blend door fine.
Condenser cycles as normal
No cel

Not relay...refrigerant leak.
