anyone know if this Actron Ignition Module and Sensor Tester will work on a 94 EXP? thought it might help in trouble shooting problems.

Yes, it will mostly work. It isn't designed for the distributorless ignition system which your '94 has, so it won't work for testing the the ICM.

On the other hand, I remember looking at this real close once, thinking I might buy it. After reading over the user manual (you can download the user manual from Actron), I determined that it was little more than a glorified multimeter. If you are familiar with the sensor operation already, you could download the user manual for free, and perform just about every test in the manual using a much cheaper multimeter.
