My 1997 Explorer will only produce Maximum heat and Max A/C through the vents.
I lowered the glove box to have a look at the actuator. When i turn the temperature control dial, there are a couple of noises and then just the noise of the motor running.
Does this mean that i need to replace the actuator, or does it mean that the blend door is broken?
