are these easy to install myself? and second question is, what are the pros and cons of add a leafs. i have a 93 2wd explorer and goin to get 4" skyjacker lift.

they are easy, but that is my poinion... depends on what your ability is.... are you planning on installing hte lift yourself? if you are, then add a leafs should be a piece of cake....

they will raise the rear end, however the filpside is that they will make the ride harsher... they will lao increase load carrying capacity, but don't exceed the manufacturers recomended GVWR or GVAR

GVWR = Gross Vehicle Weight Rating

...refers to the maximum loaded weight of a vehicle, including fuel, fluids, and full payload.

GVAR = Gross Vehicle Axle Rating (just guessing) never heard or GVAR

Yeah they are easy. Just get new ubolts ahead of time. Also the aal won't lift it 4"s, combine them with a set of warrior shackles and you'll be set though (or close to )
