adjusting the TV cable???

I'd like to try adjusting my kickdown/TV cable, but i don't see an adjuster anywhere by the firewall or by the throttle pedal. where is it? a picture would sure help if possible?

never mind i found it. my cable won't move at all inside the sleeve. even pulling it by hand it won't budge. so i need one. where can i get one?

Mine was hard to move too, I think I sprayed it with something (WD40) and kept working at it for a few minutes before I could push in the tab doomaflickie.

no, i got the tap to move. but i can't get the cable to move, even from under the dash. pushing or pulling on the end. the cable doesn't slide through the sleeve at all
