ADVICE - Rough Ride

Any advice welcome, I'm not a mechanic, but I would to go to my garage armed with some knowledge...

Truck drives like it has a large clod of mud or large stone stuck in one of the tyres, wheels are balanced and tracked.

Explorer 2000, UK Right hand drive.

Whats the tire pressure at and what size tires do you have on there?

P255/70 R16/109S

Goodyear wrangler - front
Firestone - rear

is it pulling, what is the pressure. need some mroe details. Very vague

Need to check pressure, set by garage, tracking and balancing fine, problem at slower speeds only, 70-110mph, absolutely fine, really hard to describe, intermittent clomping sound, feels like something stick to the tyre tread and you feel it with every rotation of the wheel.
