Aftermarket 12.1" Android Navigation Radio for Explorer

Does anyone have any information regarding this system? I've seen only one youtube video of someone using it, outside of the car and cant find anything much regarding its functionality. I'm looking to upgrade MFT in my 2015 Explorer Limited to Sync3 from 4Dtech.com and I ran into this Android GPS system while doing some research. Its almost half the price of the Sync3 upgrade so it caught my attention. Ebay link below.
