Aftermarket control arms

I'm taking a Solidworks class this quarter and for the final project we're allowed to make whatever we want. At first I was planning on making some coil spacers and actually making them but I'm not sure I want spacers because of the reduction in travel. I think I'm just going to go the body lift + cut fender route and throw on some beefier control arms. Does anyone have aftermarket control arms on their Explorer already? I haven't climbed under my ex yet, I just want to see if anyone has any pictures or any insight they could share.

You can go the strut spacer route if you make longer upper control arms for the front. That combined with a uniball instead of a balljoint will get you that travel back.

I am taking my explorer to Brandon at BTF to have him make some longer arms with uniballs. he is going to make a template so he can make them to order for you soon.
