Aftermarket Message Center?

Does anyone know of an aftermarket message center I could install into a 2001 Explorer? I'd like a message center but maybe more of a modern one compared to what originally came with the 2nd gen explorers. Any alternatives would be great! I only need one that can tell me the MPG and info like that.

Look up scangauges. They'll plug into your OBDII port and can read off a lot of useful stuff.

The ultragauge is a cheaper version of the scanguage. Although I had no luck as it didn't work with my explorer for some reason...

Thanks guys. Is there a preference between the Scangauge and Ultragauge in respect to 2nd gen Explorers?
