Aftermarket Radio Install Harnesses

Have new radio and trying to find out what wiring harnesses I need to make the connections (without hacking into original harness if possible). I have 1998 premium radio and the 2 connectors that were connected are the 16 pin rectangle one, and the 20 pin square one. The connector on the back of new readio is 12 pin that came with connector and leads, but if there is one that connects both ends without and splicing, that would be ideal. Any help would be appreciated.

conversion harnesses are available at any audio shop, or like best buy,, or even walmart,, read the package carefully to make sure it is for what you have ,,
