Aftermarket tubular upper control arm?

I need to replace my upper ball joints which is solid with the control arm... Does anyone make a tubular or heavy duty off road arm with removable ball joints?

Remove the snap ring, press out the uniball, and press a new one in, then reinstall snap ring. That's about it.
