Aftermath Slabs thread 6/21/03

Since SVT Girl was busy this weekend she couldn't video tape for me, I had to rig up some way to do it myself.

So here is your pilot and his rigging.

We even wheeled at night and got some good footage of that on tape!

The Beginning point. Just a few feet off of Ranch Road 3404. It was about 11am.
Hardly anybody around. Later in the afternoon, this part of the beach/river was packed with people.
You had to choose your point of river crossing carefully so that you didn't run over any children.
And for the single guys, this is the place with the most amount of bikinis running around.

While waiting for Dave to show up from San Antonio, I decided to play on the rocks.

After parking it and taking these photo shots, I got back in to drive the rest of the way over. I hung up a little bit. So I decided to back down a little and hit it with a little more speed. Boy, did I back down fast. Brakes were still wet from the water crossings. Damn, I hate the feeling of going backwards down a rock fast with no brakes.

Dang, some of those rocks are slippery.
I nearly did the splits when I shouldn't be able when walking up there for inspection.
We passed on trying to go through this puddle.
