Aircon vent outlet temperature

Can anyone tell me what temperature I should be getting at the outlet with the fan on 2? I measured mine today at 52F/11.2C - hot day outside 100F/38C

On setting 2, after 5 miles or so, mine was putting out 140° exactly.
