I'm looking to put a 1.5"-2" lift on my 94 4WD Explorer so I can keep my new 31x1050 ProComp MT's from rubbing. I want to do a suspension lift since a body lift seems to be quite involved, but I'm kinda unclear on what should be done. I have some Warrior shackles on the way for the rear, and would like to use them. The problems I'm running into are with the alignment.

Those of you with the F150 coil spacers: how alignable was your Explorer, and did it take any aftermarket camber/caster bushings?

I was told by one of the guys at 4 Wheel Parts that for the Skyjacker leveling coils, even with a 2 3/8 degree bushing Explorers can't be aligned to spec. Anyone have this setup?

I appreciate any help, I need to get these tires to quit rubbing ASAP, it's a real pain having to take 3-point turns in parking lots all the time!

I've got a 2" body on my 91 and it's not that tough..Did the body lift in about 6 hrs working by myself..The only problem I encountered were the bumper brackets, which I still am not using..

Update..Got my Skyjacker 2" suspension lift installed today..Going to shop tomorrow to get everything lined up..keep you posted..

hey mdrut a body lift wont affect alignment although it will stop tire from rubbing
